THE LABORATORY

Personal Project: 2023

Expanding on the sci-fi world of my previous design ‘Sleeping Quarters’, this laboratory takes place within the same abandoned ship, containing a cryogenic sleep / medical pod. My aim was to explore bold, powerful shapes that mixed classic sci-fi with an elegance and flow that would help lead the eye through the space.
Lots of inspiration as usual from my idols Syd Mead, Ron Cobb and my love for retro futurism.
